Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Wide feet, a longer second toe or a high instep all sit more comfortably a size up.
How to measure your feet
Measure at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.
Trace your foot 1
Put a sheet of paper on a flat floor against a wall. Stand barefoot on it and draw around your foot.
Measure the length 2
Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure between the two marks in centimetres.
Use the larger foot 3
Measure both feet. They are rarely identical, so order using the larger measurement.

Length is only half the story. If any of these describe your foot, size up.
