How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from Marrakech, Morocco via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States 4–8 business days, Europe 5–9 business days, rest of world 6–12 business days. Delivery may vary due to customs clearance or local carriers.
Do you ship worldwide?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

It depends on your country. For United States orders, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs and import fees are covered, with no surprise charges at delivery. For all other countries, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an order tracking number by email within 24–72 hours. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, reach our support team at info@isliandtisli.com and we will follow up within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Email us at info@isliandtisli.com as soon as possible — orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and we will cancel or adjust your order before it ships. Once dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
