Every product at Isli and Tisli is handcrafted in our Marrakech atelier and carefully prepared before dispatch. This page covers everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to yours.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and match the rates at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling time: 1–3 business days.
Because each piece is handmade, we take the time to inspect and pack every order with care before it leaves our atelier.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, or peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Ramadan.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
United States Orders
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on all US orders.
All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are included in your order total — you pay nothing extra at delivery.
All Other Countries
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in your order total.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure of applicable fees.
Order Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us at orders@isliandtisli.com.
Delivery Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check it before placing your order.
If you spot an error, email us at orders@isliandtisli.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect address,
- refused delivery,
- refused customs charges,
- or failure to claim the parcel from the carrier,
the customer is responsible for the original shipping and any re-shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We pack every order with great care, but if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at orders@isliandtisli.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
We'll work directly with the carrier to make it right.
