What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our MOQ starts from 10 units per model — one of the lowest in the Moroccan handmade wholesale market. This makes us accessible for small boutiques and emerging brands who want to test before scaling. Many of our current wholesale partners started with a small first order.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? +

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Sample orders allow you to evaluate quality, sizing, materials, and finishing before committing to bulk production. Quality is confirmed at sample stage — so by the time your bulk order is placed, there are no surprises.

How long does production take? +

Production typically takes 7 to 20 days depending on order size and customization. For larger or custom orders, we confirm exact timelines before production begins. We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your target in-store date to allow for shipping time.

Do you offer private label and custom designs? +

Yes — full private label production is available and already set up. We offer custom colors, materials, branding, labels, and design adjustments. If you have a concept, we can bring it into production. Private label orders may require slightly higher MOQ depending on complexity.

What materials do you use? +

We use 100% natural materials — raffia fiber, straw, and genuine leather depending on the product. No synthetic materials are used in our core collection. This is a strong selling point for eco-conscious retail customers and boutiques focused on natural or sustainable products.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. We ship worldwide from Marrakech using DHL for express delivery and cost-effective bulk shipping for larger orders. All shipments include full tracking and export documentation. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by destination country.

Are you available on Faire? +

Yes. You can find and order from Isli & Tisli directly on Faire, which offers net payment terms and a return guarantee for first orders. We also accept direct wholesale orders via WhatsApp for buyers who prefer a more direct relationship.

What is your production capacity? +

We produce approximately 100 pairs of shoes and 100 bags per production cycle, with the ability to scale based on demand and planning. For larger volume orders, production is organized in structured batches to maintain quality and meet agreed deadlines.

What happens if there is an issue with my order? +

We replace or credit any units that do not meet agreed quality specifications. Because quality is reviewed at sample stage before bulk production begins, issues are rare. If a problem arises, our team responds quickly and works to find a fair resolution — we value long-term partnerships above one-time transactions.

Do you work with new or small brands? +

Absolutely. We work with both established retailers and brands just starting out. Our low MOQ of 10 units exists specifically so that growing brands can access authentic handmade Moroccan products without a large upfront commitment. Many of our current wholesale partners started with a small test order.
