We use reliable international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with any delivery discrepancies.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Products & Sizing

Yes. All our shoes and bags are handcrafted in Morocco using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are completely normal and make each piece genuinely unique.

We recommend following our size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
