We take real care in every handcrafted piece we create, and if something isn't right, we're here to help. We're committed to making the return process clear, fair, and straightforward.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The window begins the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, scents, or wear
  • Returned with their original packaging, including any dust bag, tags, or care card
  • Free of any alterations or damage caused after delivery

Because of the handmade nature of our products, small natural variations in color, weave, or finish are part of each piece's character and are not considered defects.


How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@isliandtisli.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • A short note on the reason

Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), we'll reply with confirmation and our return address in Marrakech.

Please don't ship items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns can't be tracked or refunded.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days to appear.


Exchanges

We currently process returns as refunds.

If you'd like a different size or item, simply return the original piece and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right piece to you.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior email confirmation
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

International Returns

Please mark return packages as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value" to avoid customs charges.

Original customs duties (including DDP for US orders) are non-refundable.
