Our shoes fit true to size. Order your usual EU size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Measurement guide

How to measure your foot

Four simple steps to find your exact size at home. All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil, and a ruler.

Stand on a flat surface

Place a sheet of paper on the floor. Stand upright with your weight evenly distributed and your heel touching the wall.

Mark heel & longest toe

Place a ruler alongside your foot. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel with a pencil.

Read the measurement

Read the distance in centimetres between your heel and toe marks on the ruler. This is your foot length.

Find your size

Match your cm measurement to the table above. If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger EU size.

Questions about fit & sizing

Do your shoes run true to size? +
Yes. All our shoes are crafted to fit true to European size. We recommend ordering your usual EU size. Because each pair is handmade in our Marrakech atelier, there may be very slight variations between styles, but as a rule our sizing is consistent and reliable.
What if I am between two sizes? +
We always recommend sizing up if you are between two EU sizes. Our raffia and leather styles have a natural structure that does not stretch much initially, so a slightly roomier fit is more comfortable than going too small.
Do you offer custom sizing? +
Yes, for men's styles. If you need a size smaller than EU 39 or larger than EU 45, we craft shoes to order. Women's styles run EU 36 to 41. Contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability and lead time.
How do I measure my foot at home? +
Place a sheet of paper on the floor and stand on it. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel with a pencil. Measure the distance in centimetres, then match your result to the size table above. Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
Can I exchange for a different size? +
Yes. We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to start an exchange
Are raffia shoes comfortable to wear? +
Very. Raffia is a natural, lightweight, and breathable material ideal for warm climates and everyday wear. Our shoes are lined with soft leather or natural fabric for added comfort. They may need a short break-in period before fully conforming to the shape of your foot.
Do the shoes stretch over time? +
Slightly, yes. Raffia and leather both gently mould to your foot with wear, becoming more comfortable over time. A little extra room at first is perfectly normal and will feel just right after a few wears.
